Randy Dobnak - Likely out for season Manager Rocco Baldelli said Friday that Dobnak (finger) will likely miss the remainder of the season, Do-Hyoung Park of MLB.com reports.
Impact Dobnak was placed on the 10-day injured list Friday, and he was diagnosed with a full tear of the A4 pulley in his right middle finger. The right-hander dealt with a similar injury earlier in the season and is unlikely to return to the mound in 2021. Andrew Albers started in his place Thursday and will likely remain with the major-league club if the team continues to utilize a six-man rotation.

Taylor Rogers - Ruled out for season Rogers (finger) won't return to game action in 2021, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.
Impact Rogers landed on the 10-day injured list shortly after the All-Star break due to a left middle finger sprain, and manager Rocco Baldelli confirmed Friday that the southpaw won't return to the mound in 2021. However, the team is hopeful that he'll be able to ramp up his intensity prior to the end of the regular season, which bodes well for his availability to begin spring training in 2022.
