Impact Moustakas has recorded hits in each of his five rehab appearances, and he's gone 6-for-17 with a home run, a double, three runs, a walk and a strikeout. The 32-year-old's bruised right heel has kept him sidelined since mid-May, but he's on track to return from the 60-day injured list during the Reds' weekend series against the Pirates.

Nick Castellanos - Activated Thursday Castellanos (wrist) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list Thursday. He'll start in right field and bat third in the Reds' series opener versus the Pirates.
Impact Castellanos has been sidelined for just under three weeks due to a microfracture in his right wrist, but he'll return to the active roster without a rehab assignment. The 29-year-old participated in live batting practice each of the last two days, and he'll reclaim his starting spot in right field now that he's back to full health. Castellanos has hit .214 with two home runs, two doubles, six runs and six RBI in 12 games since the start of July.
