Rojas has started both games since he returned from the injured list himself after missing two weeks with a forearm injury. For the season, Rojas has been a steady batter, hitting .270 with a .713 OPS, three home runs, 23 RBI, 22 runs scored, six steals and 17 doubles over 215 plate appearances. As long as he can avoid a slump, Rojas should be in the lineup most of the time.

Impact Rojas landed on the injured list July 24 due to right forearm tightness, and he played in just one rehab game in Single-A, where he went 0-for-3 with a walk. Now that he's healthy, the 35-year-old will likely start at shortstop until Mookie Betts (hand) is able to return from the IL. James Outman was optioned to Triple-A Oklahoma City in a corresponding move.
