Jon Berti - Adds to big-league steals leadBerti went 3-for-5 with a double and a stolen base in an extra-inning loss to the Mets on Saturday.
ImpactBerti led off the contest with a double and finished with his first three-hit game of the campaign. He stole second base in the seventh inning but was left stranded there. Berti has been a true difference maker in fantasy this season thanks to his proficiency on the basepaths. He leads the majors with 26 thefts, with 22 of those coming since the start of June.

Jesús Aguilar - Posts three hits, including homerAguilar went 3-for-4 with a solo home run, a double and an additional run scored in Saturday's extra-inning loss to the Mets.
ImpactAguilar came up big late in the game, swatting a solo homer to left field in the eighth inning to tie the score 3-3. The first baseman finished with his second three-hit performance of the campaign and first since May 4. Aguilar is slashing .253/.298/.417 overall this season with 11 homers, 36 RBI and one stolen base over 312 plate appearances.

Tanner Scott - Blows save SaturdayScott (4-3) took the loss and blew the save against the Mets on Saturday, allowing two unearned runs on one hit while striking out two batters over two-thirds of an inning.
ImpactThe game went into extra innings, and Miami took a one-run lead in the top of the 10th. Scott then entered to try to keep New York off the scoreboard in the bottom of the frame, and he struck out the first two batters he faced. However, Thomas Nido subsequently tied the score with a double, and Scott committed a throwing error on the following play to give the Mets a walkoff win. The blown save was the third of the season for Scott -- all of which have come since June 15. Since the start of June, the southpaw has posted a 2.76 ERA and 25:9 K:BB over 16.1 innings, so he should still have some trust built up with manager Don Mattingly despite allowing runs in three of his last four outings.

Braxton Garrett - Completes 5.2 frames SaturdayGarrett allowed three runs on three hits and one walk while striking out three over 5.2 innings against the Mets on Saturday. He did not factor in the decision.
ImpactAll of the damage against Garrett came by way of the home run -- he served up a solo blast to Pete Alonso in the fourth inning and a two-run homer to Francisco Lindor in the sixth. The latter long ball spelled the end of Garrett's outing, but he fared fairly well overall, giving up a season-low three total hits. The southpaw has had a few poor outings so far, but he's held the opposition to three or fewer earned runs in five of his seven appearances on the campaign.

Carlos Carrasco - Battles for no-decision SaturdayCarrasco did not factor in the decision against Miami on Saturday, pitching 5.2 innings and allowing two runs on seven hits and two walks while striking out five.
ImpactIt wasn't an easy outing for Carrasco -- he gave up seven hits (including three that went for extra bases) and retired the side in order in only one frame -- but he was able to keep Miami off the scoreboard through five innings. However, the Marlins finally got to him in the sixth when four straight hitters reached base with one out, leading to the veteran hurler's removal. Carrasco ended up being charged for two total runs, but he emerged with a no-decision. After struggling mightily in his final two starts in June, Carrasco has allowed just three earned runs over 11.1 frames while striking out 13 batters over his first two appearances in July.

Jacob deGrom - Set for next rehab startDeGrom (shoulder) will make a rehab start either Wednesday or Thursday with Triple-A Syracuse, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.
ImpactDeGrom managed to throw 36 pitches in the second start of his rehab assignment Friday, and he's expected to clear 50 pitches with Syracuse in his upcoming appearance. It's unclear whether the Mets may elect to activate deGrom and limit his pitch count after that outing, or if he will make a final rehab start before rejoining the big-league club.
