David Hess - Hammered in spot start Hess (2-2) yielded seven runs on six hits while taking the loss against Colorado on Sunday. He recorded three outs and did not register a strikeout.
Impact Hess coughed up a three-run homer to C.J. Cron in the first inning. He then gave up four runs on two homers without recording an out in the second before he was yanked. His season ERA shot up to 7.64 through 17.2 innings this season.

Kyle Freeland - Earns second straight win Freeland (3-6) allowed four runs on seven hits and a walk over five innings Sunday, striking out six and earning a win over Miami.
Impact It wasn't the most impressive outing for Freeland but Colorado's offense put up 13 runs to help him snag his second win of the month. He gave up just one run through four innings before Miami broke through to score three in the fifth, including a two-run double by Lewis Brinson. It was Freeland's first time giving up more than three runs in an outing since June 16 and he's now sporting a 4.65 ERA through 14 starts. He's lined up to take the mound in San Francisco next weekend.

Jesús Aguilar - Homers, drives in three Aguilar went 3-for-4 with a home run, a double, a walk, three RBI and two runs scored in Sunday's 13-8 loss to the Rockies.
Impact Aguilar drove in two runs with base knocks, including an RBI double in the fifth inning. He then clocked a 422-foot solo homer in the ninth. The veteran slugger was in a 3-for-20 skid in August before Sunday's big performance. He's slashing .266/.333/.481 with 40 extra-base hits this season.
