Impact The trip to the injured list will end Bush's season, as there are only two games remaining on the Brewers' schedule. After being traded at the deadline, Bush recorded a 4.30 ERA and 1.04 WHIP over 23 innings. Jason Alexander was promoted from Triple-A Nashville to fill Bush's roster spot.

Impact Bush hasn't lasted more than one inning in any of his first 36 appearances (four starts) this season and tossed a relief inning Thursday against Miami, so it seems safe to assume that his starting role Saturday will be as an opener. Taylor Hearn was originally listed as the starter for Saturday's matchup and will likely be available as a bulk reliever.
