Impact The veteran didn't start but was called upon in a big spot in the seventh inning. Scott Alexander - Reinstated from 60-day IL Alexander (shoulder) was reinstated from the 60-day injured list Monday.
Impact Alexander recorded a 2.31 ERA and 0.69 WHIP in 11.2 innings across his first 13 relief appearances of the season before he was placed on the injured list with left shoulder inflammation. The southpaw made six rehab appearances between Low-A Rancho Cucamonga and Triple-A Oklahoma City, and he could serve as one of the top left-handed options in the major-league bullpen now that he's healthy.

Garrett Cleavinger - Optioned to Triple-A The Dodgers optioned Cleavinger to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Monday, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.
Impact The lefty pitched effectively in the Dodgers' bullpen, posting a 2.03 ERA in 13.1 innings. Cleavinger's 1.73 WHIP wasn't stellar, but he got the job done regardless. He now gets demoted to Triple-A as Scott Alexander returns from the injured list in a corresponding move.
