Impact Before he was summoned out of the bullpen Friday, Kelly had been out of actin since July 30 while recovering from a minor hamstring injury. He's seemingly come out of both appearances without any setbacks, so he should be an integral part of the bridge to closer Kenley Jansen moving forward.

Caleb Smith - Can't escape second inning Smith (3-8) lost Sunday's 13-0 defeat at the hands of the Dodgers, allowing five runs on three hits and five walks with three strikeouts in 1.2 innings.
Impact Smith got through the first inning having thrown 28 pitches after walking two but encountered serious trouble in the second. The left-hander loaded the bases with none out, retired two, then surrendered a walk and two hits that plated five Dodger runs before being removed having tossed 70 baseballs. Smith has now lost six of his last seven starts and seen his ERA climb from 3.21 to 5.04 during the slump.

AJ Pollock - Crushes four hits Pollock went 4-for-5 with two doubles, a run and two RBI as Los Angeles defeated Arizona, 13-0 on Sunday.
Impact Pollock torched his former team with infield singles in the second and third innings and RBI doubles in the sixth and eighth. The four hits tie the outfielder's season high and Pollock is in the midst of a 12-for-21 stretch over his last five games, pushing his season average all the way up to .304.

Impact Turner singled and scored in the second as part of a five-run inning and launched a home run off Arizona reliever Ryan Buchter in the seventh. The veteran third baseman started August with his second four-RBI game of the season - both against Arizona - after concluding July with a .326/.402/.584 slash line.
