Matt Chapman - Sitting down Tuesday Chapman isn't in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Royals, Shayna Rubin of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Impact Chapman will get a breather Tuesday after going 0-for-4 with a strikeout in Monday's series opener. He'll be replaced at third base by Casey Schmitt, who will bat seventh against Royals starter Michael Lorenzen.
