Tarik Skubal - Gives up three runs in loss Skubal (0-2) took the loss against the Mariners on Wednesday. He allowed three runs on six hits and three walks while striking out eight across 5.2 innings.

Impact Skubal was able to limit the damage to three runs despite allowing nine base runners, though his solo homer to Dylan Moore in the fourth inning ultimately brought in the Mariners' game-winning run as the Tigers weren't able to generate enough offense to help Skubal avoid the loss. Skubal has failed to complete six innings in each of his first two starts and has begun the season with a 5.91 ERA and 1.50 WHIP across 10.2 innings. Things won't get easier for the 28-year-old southpaw, as he's slated to face the Yankees next week at home.

Riley Greene - Third-straight game with RBI Greene went 2-for-4 with an RBI in Wednesday's 3-2 loss to Seattle.

Impact Greene extended his RBI streak to three games Wednesday when his ground out to third base in the fifth inning brought Ryan Kreidler home. Greene has started the season 8-for-27 with three doubles, four runs scored, two home runs and three RBI. He'll look to extend his streak to four games Friday in the Mariners' series opener against the White Sox.

Dylan Moore - Cracks first homer of 2025 Moore went 1-for-1 with two walks and a solo home run in Wednesday's 3-2 win over Detroit.

Impact Moore smacked an 87 mph slider off Tarik Skubal deep to right field in what was ultimately the game-winning home run. Two of Moore's three starts have come at second base, and his versatility to serve in the infield and outfield should allow him to see regular playing time in 2025.

Victor Robles - Drives in two-run double Robles went 1-for-4 with a two-run double in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Tigers.

Impact Robles got the Mariners on the board in the second inning with a double to center that brought J.P. Crawford and Dylan Moore across home plate. It was Robles' first RBIs since Opening Day against the Athletics, and the 27-year-old is on a five-game hit streak in which he's gone 6-for-21 with three doubles and two RBI.

Andrés Muñoz - Logs third save Wednesay Munoz earned the save in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Tigers, allowing two walks and one hit while striking out two in a scoreless ninth inning.

Impact Munoz got off to a shaky start with two straight walks before recovering with a punchout. A Dillon Dingler single loaded the bases, but Munoz managed to close things out with a fielder's choice to home plate before striking out Zach McKinstry. Wednesday was a far more challenging effort than his first two outings, but Munoz has managed to earn three saves on as many opportunities without giving up a run. With the Mariners scheduled for an off-day Thursday, he should be available for the start of the three-game weekend road series against the Giants.

Luis Castillo - Earns first win of 2025 Castillo (1-1) came away with the win Wednesday against the Tigers. He allowed two runs on five hits and two walks while striking out five across seven innings.

Impact Castillo limited the Tigers to three baserunners across the first four innings, but his shutout efforts were lost in the fifth frame when he gave up a solo homer to Trey Sweeney. Castillo gave up a second run in the same frame on a fielder's choice, but he managed to pitch into the seventh inning without much trouble and came away with the quality start and win. Castillo has started the season with a 3.00 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and 9:4 K:BB across 12 innings. He'll look for a second straight win in his next start, which is tentatively slated for next week against the Astros at home.
