On bench in third straight Fry is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Astros.

Impact Fry had drawn four consecutive starts from June 13 through Thursday, but he's hit the bench for all three games of the Guardians' series in Houston. Each of those absences have come against right-handed starting pitchers, so Fry appears as though he'll remain in a short-side platoon role even while the Guardians have lost three key players to the injured list (Jose Ramirez, Angel Martinez and Chase DeLauter) over the past week.
