Brenton Doyle - Not in Friday's lineup Doyle is not in the Rockies' starting lineup against the Reds on Friday due to personal reasons, Patrick Saunders of The Denver Post reports.
Impact Doyle played in both games of Thursday's doubleheader against Kansas City and went 1-for-6 with three walks, a run scored and a stolen base. He had been out of the lineup since April 10 due to a quadriceps injury and a stint on the bereavement list, and the 26-year-old outfielder will be out of Friday's lineup while attending a personal matter. Jordan Beck, Mickey Moniak and Sean Bouchard will man the outfield for the Rockies.

Owen Miller - Selected to MLB roster The Rockies selected Miller's contract from Triple-A Albuquerque on Friday.
Impact Miller has slashed .244/.322/.372 with two homers, 13 RBI and 14 runs scored across 90 plate appearances this season in Triple-A, and he'll now be called upon to give the Rockies a bench piece capable of playing all over the infield and in the corner outfield spots. He'll replace Braxton Fulford on the big-league roster and take the 40-man spot of Thairo Estrada (wrist), who was shifted to the 60-day IL.

Cole Ragans - Dealing with mild strain Ragans was diagnosed with a mild left groin strain Friday, Jaylon T. Thompson of The Kansas City Star reports.
Impact Ragans was pulled from his start Thursday after three innings due to his groin injury. Manager Matt Quatraro said Friday that the team will hold off on putting the left-hander on the injured list for now and instead wait a few days to see how he responds to treatment. He's tentatively scheduled to make his next start Tuesday against the Rays and could avoid missing a turn through the rotation if his condition improves by then.
