Exits Friday's game Moncada exited Friday's spring game against the Brewers prior to the bottom of the sixth inning, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.
Impact Moncada fouled a ball off his right leg in the top of the sixth frame Friday and was visited by a trainer, but he was able to stay in the game and hit a home run on the next pitch. It's not yet clear whether his departure was due to injury, but his status could be worth monitoring in the coming days. Prior to leaving the game, Moncada went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and one strikeout.

Completes simulated game Gray (back) felt good after throwing about 30 pitches in a simulated game Friday, Bobby Nightengale of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Impact The 31-year-old continues to progress after being shut down for a few days in mid-March with back spasms, and the fact he's working against live hitters is a good sign for his outlook early in the season. Gray isn't expected to be available for the start of the season, but he may only be forced to miss one or two turns through the rotation as he builds up to a starter's workload.

Ready to return Hendriks will pitch for the first time in nine days Friday against the Brewers after dealing with kidney stones, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.
Impact The medical scare threw off Hendriks' preseason preparation, but he should still be ready to go by Opening Day. His delayed buildup may mean the White Sox avoid using him on back-to-back days at the start of the regular season but shouldn't significantly impact his campaign.
