Giants go extras to win 11-8 after Diamondbacks rally

Buster Posey doubled in the go-ahead run in the 10th inning Monday night and the San Francisco Giants escaped with an 11-8 victory over the Arizona Diamondbacks

Impact Walker owns a modest .709 OPS thus far in the second half, though that's at least better than the .620 OPS he managed prior to the break. Asdrubal Cabrera slides to first base in his absence, with Drew Ellis starting at third.

Impact Walker strung together his first three-hit game of the season, producing a trio of singles. He came around to score on Daulton Varsho's bases-loaded walk in the eighth inning. It's been a rough year overall for Walker, but he's come alive over the last week, producing a .407 (11-for-27) average during a seven-game hitting streak. That stretch has brought his season average up from .196 to .230.
