Another quality start Woo (10-6) picked up the win Sunday against Tampa Bay, allowing three runs on seven hits and one walk with nine strikeouts over six innings.

Bounces back Tuesday Woo (9-6) allowed one run on two hits and struck out nine without walking a batter over seven innings to earn the win Tuesday over the White Sox.
Impact While one of the two hits he allowed left the yard -- a solo shot from Lenyn Sosa in the first inning -- Woo was otherwise excellent to bounce back from giving up five runs in his last start. His nine strikeouts Tuesday also matched his season high, while it was the first time since May 24 versus the Astros that he was able to avoid issuing a walk. Woo is now at a 3.02 ERA, 0.94 WHIP and 136:25 K:BB through 140 innings over 22 starts this season. He is projected to make his next start at home versus the Rays.

The Mariners Went All-In At the MLB Trade Deadline: 'This team deserved it'
Yields four homers in loss Woo (8-6) took the loss Wednesday against the Athletics, allowing five runs on eight hits and one walk while striking out six batters over 6.1 innings.
Impact Though Woo completed at least six innings for the 21st consecutive time to begin the campaign, this was far from a strong outing. He tied a season-worst mark by allowing five runs and doubled his previous season-worst tally by surrendering four homers. All of the long balls were solo shots, so Woo was at least able to keep his team in the game. Woo hasn't earned a win in any of his past four starts, posting a mediocre 4.56 ERA despite a strong 1.01 WHIP during that span. He'll try to get back in the win column in his next start, which lines up to be a home matchup against the White Sox.

Steady in no-decision Woo allowed two runs on four hits and two walks while striking out six over six innings in a no-decision versus the Angels on Friday.
Impact Woo allowed a two-run double to Jo Adell in the first inning but settled in from there. While he went a third start in a row without a win, Woo was able to bounce back pretty well after getting tagged for five runs (four earned) over six innings in his last start versus the Astros. The right-hander continues to be one of the steadiest innings-eating pitchers in the majors -- he still has yet to have a start shorter than six innings this season. He's maintained a 2.91 ERA, 0.95 WHIP and 121:24 K:BB across 126.2 innings over 20 starts. His next outing is projected to be on the road versus the Athletics next week.

Hit hard by Astros Woo (8-5) took the loss Sunday against Houston, allowing five runs (four earned) on six hits and one walk across six innings. He struck out six.
Impact Woo's streak of excellent play came to a crashing halt Sunday, having tallied a 1.11 ERA across his last five starts before tying his season high in runs allowed. He yielded three extra-base hits in the loss, including home runs to Taylor Trammell and Christian Walker. Despite the hiccup, Woo owns a 2.91 ERA and a 115:22 K:BB across 120.2 innings pitched. He's tentatively scheduled to face the Angels next time out.
