Allows two homers in loss Voth (5-4) took the loss against the Yankees on Saturday, allowing four runs on seven hits while walking two over five innings. He struck out three.

Impact Voth didn't do himself any favors on Saturday, hitting Aaron Judge with a pitch to lead off the first before giving up three runs in the inning, including a solo shot to Giancarlo Stanton. The right-hander served up another solo homer in the second and also hit Anthony Rizzo with a pitch. It was the first time this season that Voth allowed more than one home run in a game and only the second time that he allowed more than three earned runs. He's now lost three of his last four decisions.

Impact After cruising through two innings, Voth ran into trouble in the third as Jeimer Candelario led off the inning with a base hit, and Akil Baddoo knocked him home with a two-run home run. The long ball was the only damage against Voth but led to him taking his third loss of the season as he was outdueled by Joey Wentz. In 49.1 innings in the second half, Voth owns a 2.57 ERA. He will likely take on Houston this weekend.

The right-hander was used out of the bullpen Wednesday after previously making 14 of his first 18 appearances with the Orioles as a starter.
