Brandon Pfaadt - Secures fifth win Pfaadt (5-1) allowed three runs (two earned) on nine hits and a walk over six-plus innings Sunday, striking out six and earning a win against Atlanta.

Impact Pfaadt delivered four shutout frames before Atlanta finally broke through with a run in the fifth inning. They put two more runs on Pfaadt's line in the seventh, including one after he was removed from the game. He tossed 65 of 100 pitches for strikes and forced 13 whiffs, including nine with the sweeper. Pfaadt has won five consecutive starts and dropped his season ERA to 2.78 with a 29:6 K:BB. He's currently in line for a start in Philadelphia next weekend.

Justin Martinez - Yields runs but earns save Martinez allowed a run on one hit and two walks in one inning during Sunday's win over Atlanta. He earned a save and did not record a strikeout.

Impact Martinez entered a 6-3 game and was not very effective. On top of the two walks, he also hit a batter. A double play before Marcell Ozuna's RBI double helped limit the damage to just one run. Martinez entered the game with a clean 0.00 ERA through nine innings. He didn't walk a batter in his first seven appearances but has now issued four free passes over his last 3.1 innings. Martinez was recently dealing with some shoulder fatigue but appears to still have a hold on the closer role.

Alex Verdugo - Delivers four hits Verdugo went 4-for-4 with a double, two RBI and a walk in Sunday's loss to Arizona.

Impact Verdugo singled in the first and third innings before knocking an RBI double in the fifth. He added an RBI single in the seventh and drew a walk in the ninth. Verudgo has produced two four-hit games since making his debut with Atlanta on April 18. Through eight games, he's slashing .333/.368/.472 with five extra-base hits.

After allowing only one run through 20 innings to start his 2025 campaign, Schwellenbach has been tagged with 13 runs (11 earned) over his last 17.2 frames. He still owns a strong 2.87 ERA with a 33:6 K:BB. Schwellenbach is expected to face the Dodgers at home next weekend.

Impact Naylor knocked in two runs with a seventh-inning double a half an inning after Atlanta trimmed the Diamondbacks' lead to 4-3. The insurance scores came in handy. The three-hit effort followed a stretch during which Naylor went 1-for-15 during Arizona's four-game losing streak.
