Tylor Megill - Mets-Giants postponed Monday Megill won't start as scheduled Monday against the Giants, as the game has been postponed due to rain, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Impact The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader Tuesday. Megill will start the afternoon contest, per Anthony DiComo of MLB.com.

Trevor May - Shakes off triceps injury May (triceps) worked around a hit and struck out a batter in a scoreless inning Saturday in the Mets' 3-2 loss to the Diamondbacks.

Impact May was diagnosed with a minor right triceps strain coming out of his second relief appearance of the season last Monday in Philadelphia, but he was out of commission for only a few days before the Mets made him available out of the bullpen. The right-hander's clean outing Saturday suggests that manager Buck Showalter won't have much hesitation about using him in a setup role moving forward.

Taijuan Walker - Rehab start on tap Walker (shoulder) will make a rehab start at extended spring training in Port St. Lucie on Wednesday, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

Impact Walker sustained a shoulder injury April 11 but has been throwing recently. After tossing a bullpen session Sunday, the right-hander has been cleared for game action in Port St. Lucie. If his rehab start goes well, Walker will likely be able to rejoin the Mets' rotation during their series in St. Louis next week.
