World Baseball Classic Highlights: USA Advances to WBC Final On Controversial Strike Call

Team USA has advanced to the World Baseball Classic final with a narrow 2-1 victory over the Dominican Republic on Sunday at LoanDepot Park.
Paul Skenes, the reigning National League Cy Young Award winner, held the star-studded Dominican Republic to just one run in 4 ⅓ innings pitched. Junior Caminero scored the lone home run for the Dominican Republic.
Gunnar Henderson put the U.S. on the board in the third inning to tie things up, and Roman Anthony gave it the run that earned it the win at the top of the fourth inning. Anthony's two home runs lead all Team USA players at this year's tournament.
