Misses cut after consecutive bogeys Straka missed the cut by one stroke at the Genesis Scottish Open after posting scores of 70-69.
Impact Straka opened the tournament with an even-par 70, but he was on track to make the cut after going three-under through 16 holes Friday. However, the 33-year-old Austrian couldn't finish the job, bogeying each of his last two holes of the second round. Straka has finished T40 or worse in nine of his last 10 tournaments with four missed cuts, including both the PGA Championship and the U.S. Open. He'll look for better results next week at The Open Championship, where he finished T52 last year, T22 in 2024 and T2 in 2023.

Career-worst SG: T2G in Connecticut Straka closed with a three-over 73 on Sunday at the Travelers Championship to finish 10-over and alone in 72nd place.
Impact Straka took last place by five shots at TPC River Highlands, where he lost a career-worst 14.27 strokes from tee to green throughout the Signature Event. Making matters even worse, he also lost a season-worst 5.65 strokes with the flat stick. Following a T40-MC-72 stretch from the Memorial Tournament through the Travelers Championship, Straka has slid to No. 30 in the FedExCup standings, and he won't be in the field for the upcoming John Deere Classic.

T12 in Austria on DP World Tour Straka posted a 12-under cumulative score at the Austrian Alpine Open on the DP World Tour to finish in a five-way tie for 12th.
Impact Straka took a break from the PGA Tour to tee off on home soil. He capped the tournament off with a three-under 67 in the final round and ranked fifth in the field in SG: Approach and in the top-20 in both par-3 and par-5 scoring. Straka will return to the PGA next week at the Memorial Tournament, where he's made the cut in five of six prior appearances, including T5 in 2024 and solo third last year.

MC after disastrous Friday Straka posted a six-over cumulative score at the PGA Championship to miss the cut by two strokes.
Impact Straka opened the tournament with a three-over 73 score Thursday, and it looked like he would make the four-over cut line after going even through the first 14 holes of the second round. However, the 33-year-old Austrian proceeded to bogey three of his last four holes of the day and failed to qualify for the weekend. It's Straka's third MC of the season (across 12 tournaments) and the third consecutive year in which he missed the cut at the PGA Championship. He is not listed in the field for the Byron Nelson tournament next week.

Collapses after strong first round Straka posted a four-over 75 in the final round of the Truist Championship to finish tied with Ben Griffin for 63rd.
Impact Straka opened the tournament strongly with a bogey-free, five-under 65 that included three birdies from holes four to seven. He was unable to maintain that level of play and ended the event on a sour note with back-to-back double bogeys on the final two holes. It's been a roller-coaster season for Strake, who has three top-10 finishes in 11 tournaments but has finished outside the top-40 in six other events (including two missed cuts). He's in the field for the PGA Championship, a major where he's also been inconsistent; he's finished 78-T7-MC-MC from 2022 to 2025.

Catches fire in final round in Miami Straka fired a six-under 66 in the final round of the Cadillac Championship to finish with an 11-under cumulative score and tied with Adam Scott and Si Woo Kim for fourth.
Impact Straka was one-under through the first two rounds of the tournament but seemed to figure out the Blue Monster course over the weekend. He posted a four-under 68 score Saturday and was one-under through the front nine of the final round, but Straka surged up the leaderboard after logging five birdies on the back, including four straight from holes 12 to 15. Straka ranked T7 in the field in GIR, 14th in SG: Approach, 15th in SG: Putting and in the top-25 in driving accuracy and SG: Around-the-Green. It was the second top-5 finish of the season for Straka and his best outing since his T2 at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am in February. He's in the field for next week's Truist Championship, the last tournament before the PGA Championship in two weeks time.

Free falls in final round Straka posted a seven-over 78 during the final round of the RBC Heritage to finish tied for 42nd.
Impact Straka opened the tournament with scores of 66-67-67, which had him tied for third on the leaderboard heading into the final round. The wind picked up Sunday and slowed down the flurry of scoring that took place earlier in the tournament, and Straka clearly felt that impact more than others, ending the final round with three double bogeys (including on the par-4 18th), three bogeys and two birdies. He ranked T8 in GIR, 19th in driving accuracy and 27th in SG: Approach, though he was in the bottom half of the field in SG: Off-the-Tee, SG: Around-the-Green and birdies made. Straka had four top-20 finishes in four of the first six tournaments of the season, but over his last three events he has finished MC-T41-T42. He's not in the field for next week's Zurich Classic but will likely participate in the Cadillac Championship on April 30, which is the next Signature Event on the PGA Tour schedule.

T41 at The Masters Straka posted a four-over 76 during the final round of The Masters to finish tied for 41st.
Impact Straka steadily improved his play over the first three days of the tournament, culminating in a three-under 69 score Saturday. That form did not translate into Sunday's round, where he posted three bogeys on both the front and back nine to drop 12 spots down the leaderboard. Straka ranked 14th in SG: Approach but was below average across other strokes gained categories, including 44th in SG: Putting and 50th in SG: Off-the-Tee. The 32-year-old Austrian has gone MC-T41 over his last two tournaments and will look to break out of his slump at the RBC Heritage next week. He's had a fair amount of success at Harbour Town, and over his last four outings since 2022 he has finished T3-MC-T5-T13.

Doesn't make weekend at Valero Straka missed the cut by two strokes at the Valero Texas Open.
Impact Strake was right on the two-under cut line with two holes to play in the second round, but his double bogey on his penultimate hole of the day (the par-5 eighth) prevented him from making it to the weekend. It was just the second time this season that Straka has missed the cut and ended his streak of made cuts at five tournaments (which includes three top-15 finishes). He's in the field for The Masters next week, where he's finished T30-T46-T16-MC in four starts since 2022.
