Wins LIV Golf Indianapolis Munoz beat Jon Rahm on the first playoff hole to win LIV Golf Indianapolis to end the season fourth in the individual standings. Impact Munoz made history with a ridiculous 12-under 59 first round, becoming the first player in professional golf to shoot a sub-60 round while carding a double bogey. It looked to be Munoz's tournament to lose, but he couldn't keep up that momentum in the second round, with his double bogey on the par-4 18th dropping him to 16-under and a share of the clubhouse lead with Dustin Johnson heading into Championship Sunday. Munoz steadied himself with a six-under 65 final round, and that was enough for him to force a playoff with Rahm, with the former birdying the first playoff role to capture the first LIV Golf victory of his career. Munoz's win in Indianapolis was a touch of Torque GC revenge after teammate and captain Joaquin Niemann was clipped by Rahm for the Individual Championship for the second year in a row. Munoz and Niemann will be joined by teammates Carlos Ortiz and the relegated Mito Pereira at the LIV Golf Team Championship in Michigan, where Torque GC will be the fourth seed.
