First career PGA Tour top-10 Reitan closed with a two-under 70 on Sunday at the Valero Texas Open to finish 11-under and tied for 10th.

Impact Reitan led the Valero Texas Open in both SG: Off-the-Tee and fairways in regulation throughout the week, though he lost 1.35 strokes with the putter at TPC San Antonio. Nonetheless, it was a solid rebound for Reitan to pick up his first career top-10 finish on the PGA Tour after missing back-to-back cuts at the Valspar Championship and the Texas Children's Houston Open in his previous two starts. Reitan now travels to Augusta for his Masters debut.

Struggles at Memorial Park Reitan missed the cut by six strokes at the Texas Children's Houston Open.

Impact Reitan opened the tournament with a five-over 75, and he was eight-over through 36 holes before finishing on a positive note with four birdies over the final seven holes of the tournament. The 28-year-old Norwegian has missed the cut in three of seven Tour events this season and in each of his last two outings, with his T17 at the Cognizant Classing being his best finish of 2026. Reitan is in the field for the Valero Texas Open next week. That will be his first appearance at TPC San Antonio and serve as a tune-up for The Masters in two weeks.

Misses cut at Valspar Championship Reitan recorded a 36-hole score of two-over-par to miss the cut at last week's Valspar Championship by one shot.

Impact Reitan had made the cut in four consecutive starts from the Farmers Insurance Open through THE PLAYERS Championship before his early trunk slam this past week at Innisbrook, where he lost a collective 2.21 strokes on and around the greens across two rounds. However, he remains top-30 on the PGA Tour in both SG: Off-the-Tee and driving distance this season. Reitan plans to peg it again this week at Memorial Park for his Texas Children's Houston Open debut.

Wild final round at THE PLAYERS Reitan posted an even-par 72 during the final round of THE PLAYERS Championship to finish tied for 66th with Daniel Berger and Nico Echavarria.

Impact Reitan barely made the two-over cut line thanks to a birdie on his third-to-last hole of the second round. The final round was a wild one for the 28-year-old Norwegian, who was three-under through the first five holes but ended even-par with one eagle, six birdies, two bogeys and two double bogeys. Reitan ranked dead last in SG: Approach, losing 6.35 strokes in that category and lost 4.35 total strokes on the field. Although he's made the cut in four of five Tour events this season, Reitan has finished T30 worse in three of those tournaments, with his T17 at the Cognizant Classic being his best result of 2026. He'll participate in next week's Valspar Championship for the first time in his career.
