Poor final round at PGA Championship
Reitan carded a four-over 74 in the final round of the PGA Championship to finish in an 11-way share of 44th.
Impact
Reitan made the cut by one stroke after posting rounds of 71-72, but he was sniffing at a top-10 finish after going five-under on the back nine of the third round that included two eagles. However, the 28-year-old Norwegian couldn't meet the moment in the final round at Aronimink like he did last week at the Truist Championship, posting five bogeys over the first eight holes to fall outside the top-40, which was eerily similar to how he finished The Masters in April. Reitan finished in the top-20 in both SG: Off-the-Tee and Around-the-Green, though he lost 2.62 strokes with his putter to finish 76th out of the 82 players who made the cut. He's not listed in the field for THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson next week.

Grabs maiden PGA Tour win
Reitan won the Truist Championship by two strokes after shooting a two-under 69 in the final round on Sunday.
Impact
Reitan's surge to this point has been quite remarkable. He earned his PGA Tour card this season via the DP World Tour Top 10. He ended up making the Cadillac Championship as an alternate and his T14 finish in Miami clinched him a spot at Quail Hollow. Reitan played in the final group alongside Alex Fitzpatrick on Sunday and was able to outduel the Englishman down the stretch. Reitan made birdies at 14 and 15 before a key up-and-down at the tough par-4 16th. He parred the final two holes to take his maiden PGA Tour win by two strokes. Reitan joined Viktor Hovland as just the second Norwegian to win on the PGA Tour. He has all kinds of momentum heading into the PGA Championship next week with four top-15s in his last five starts.

Struggles in final round
Reitan recorded a one-over 73 on Sunday at the Cadillac Championship to finish tied for 14th place.
Impact
Reitan started the day in a share for second place, but he struggled to get much going with an early bogey and double bogey and ultimately fell outside the top-10 with a closing double bogey. Nevertheless, it was a positive showing especially considering Reitan got into the field Thursday as an alternate following Jake Knapp's withdrawal. The rookie has posted a pair of top-15 finishes across his last three individual events and is up to 54th in the FedExCup Standings.

Impact
Reitan and Ventura found themselves within striking distance of the Fitzpatrick brothers after posting a nine-under 63 score Saturday. Reitan and Ventura had one of the better scores during Sunday's alternate shot format, and their eagle on the par-5 18th briefly had them tied at the top of the leaderboard before the Fitzpatrick's collected the win with a birdie on the last hole. For Reitan, it was his best finish of his PGA Tour career. He is not listed in the field for the Cadillac Championship next week.

First career PGA Tour top-10
Reitan closed with a two-under 70 on Sunday at the Valero Texas Open to finish 11-under and tied for 10th.
Impact
Reitan led the Valero Texas Open in both SG: Off-the-Tee and fairways in regulation throughout the week, though he lost 1.35 strokes with the putter at TPC San Antonio. Nonetheless, it was a solid rebound for Reitan to pick up his first career top-10 finish on the PGA Tour after missing back-to-back cuts at the Valspar Championship and the Texas Children's Houston Open in his previous two starts. Reitan now travels to Augusta for his Masters debut.

Struggles at Memorial Park
Reitan missed the cut by six strokes at the Texas Children's Houston Open.
Impact
Reitan opened the tournament with a five-over 75, and he was eight-over through 36 holes before finishing on a positive note with four birdies over the final seven holes of the tournament. The 28-year-old Norwegian has missed the cut in three of seven Tour events this season and in each of his last two outings, with his T17 at the Cognizant Classing being his best finish of 2026. Reitan is in the field for the Valero Texas Open next week. That will be his first appearance at TPC San Antonio and serve as a tune-up for The Masters in two weeks.

Misses cut at Valspar Championship
Reitan recorded a 36-hole score of two-over-par to miss the cut at last week's Valspar Championship by one shot.
Impact
Reitan had made the cut in four consecutive starts from the Farmers Insurance Open through THE PLAYERS Championship before his early trunk slam this past week at Innisbrook, where he lost a collective 2.21 strokes on and around the greens across two rounds. However, he remains top-30 on the PGA Tour in both SG: Off-the-Tee and driving distance this season. Reitan plans to peg it again this week at Memorial Park for his Texas Children's Houston Open debut.

Wild final round at THE PLAYERS
Reitan posted an even-par 72 during the final round of THE PLAYERS Championship to finish tied for 66th with Daniel Berger and Nico Echavarria.
Impact
Reitan barely made the two-over cut line thanks to a birdie on his third-to-last hole of the second round. The final round was a wild one for the 28-year-old Norwegian, who was three-under through the first five holes but ended even-par with one eagle, six birdies, two bogeys and two double bogeys. Reitan ranked dead last in SG: Approach, losing 6.35 strokes in that category and lost 4.35 total strokes on the field. Although he's made the cut in four of five Tour events this season, Reitan has finished T30 worse in three of those tournaments, with his T17 at the Cognizant Classic being his best result of 2026. He'll participate in next week's Valspar Championship for the first time in his career.
