Drops out of top-5 at 3M Open Grillo carded a two-under 69 in the final round of the 3M Open to finish tied with Davis Thompson for seventh.
Impact Grillo was 17-under through three rounds at TPC Twin Cities and three strokes back of 54-hole leader Jackson Kouvin heading into Sunday. Grillo's score in the final round ended up being his worst of the tournament, though he went three-under on the back nine to stay inside the top-10 and match his best performance of the 2026 season (Valspar Championship). The 33-year-old Argentinian finished T3 in GIR, 11th in driving accuracy, SG: Approach and Around and 14th in SG: Off-the-Tee. Grillo will tee off next week at the Rocket Classic, where he finished T73 last year.

Paces RBC Canadian Open in FIR Grillo closed with a four-under 66 on Sunday at the RBC Canadian Open to finish nine-under and tied for 20th.
Impact Grillo found himself tied atop the leaderboard after firing a six-under 64 during Thursday's opening round at TPC Toronto, and he ultimately went on to pace the entire tournament in driving accuracy while gaining a season-high 4.14 strokes off the tee. However, he converted just 11 of 21 scrambling opportunities en route to 12 total bogeys across 72 holes. Nonetheless, Grillo has now made the cut in three consecutive starts ahead of his eighth career U.S. Open appearance.

Low 36 holes in U.S. Open qualifying Grillo shot rounds of 65-66 at Lambton Golf and Country Club in Canada to earn medalist honors in U.S. Open Final Qualifying.
Impact Grillo's nine-under-par total after 36 holes was one better than fellow countryman Alejandro Tosti for medalist honors. Grillo will make his eighth career start at the U.S. Open next week. He finished T19 last year at Oakmont and missed the cut the last time it was held at Shinnecock in 2018. Grillo will also be in the field for this week's RBC Canadian Open where he will hope to move up from 125th in the FedExCup standings.

Impact Grillo gained just over three strokes on approach and he ranked T8 among the field in putts per GIR en route to 21 total birdies and an eagle throughout his week at TPC Craig Ranch. However, he converted just 12 of 22 scrambling opportunities on the way to 10 bogeys as well. Nonetheless, it was a solid bounce-back effort for Grillo after missing the cut in three consecutive starts from the Valero Texas Open through the PGA Championship, ascending four spots to No. 124 in the FedExCup standings. He'll be in the field again this week at Colonial Country Club where he won the 2023 Charles Schwab Challenge.

Strong final round at Valspar Grillo posted a six-under 65 in the final round of the Valspar Championship to finish with a seven-under cumulative score for a four-way tie of seventh.
Impact Grillo was one-under through the first three rounds, but the 33-year-old Argentinian put it all together with a strong performance Sunday, which included three consecutive birdies from holes seven to nine. He finished the tournament T8 in birdies, ninth in SG: Off-the-Tee, T16 in GIR and T20 in SG: Approach. It was a much-needed performance from Grillo, who entered the Valspar Championship having finished T38 or worse in each of his first six PGA Tour tournaments of the season (including three missed cuts). He's in the field for the Texas Children's Houston Open, where he finished T47 in 2025, MC in 2020 and T3 in 2018.

Impact Grillo's best round of the week came on Sunday after three straight rounds of even-par 71. It simply was not a good week on the greens as he lost nearly 5.5 strokes to the field with the putter, which ranked T64 of the 67 players who made the cut. This is the fourth time in six starts that he has lost strokes on the greens this year. Grillo was supposed to tee it up at the Puerto Rico Open next week, but will instead skip that and look ahead to THE PLAYERS Championship.

Impact Grillo opened the tournament with a three-under 69 first round, but he proceeded to log a 71-70-74 scorecard over the final three days of the tournament. He ranked near the bottom of the field across a number of categories, including T70 in birdies made and 75th in SG: Off the Tee.
