Gains 4.41 SG: APP at 3M Open Kirk carded a two-under 69 on Sunday at the 3M Open to finish 12-under and tied for 31st.

Impact Kirk ranked top-15 among the field in GIR percentage at TPC Twin Cities, where he ultimately gained 4.41 strokes with his irons and another 1.41 strokes around the green en route to 21 total birdies. However, he hit just 37 of 56 fairways in regulation while losing 1.20 strokes off the tee in Minnesota. Kirk will be in attendance again this week for the Rocket Classic where he tied for second last year.

Goes low in U.S. Open Qualifying Kirk earned medalist honors after shooting rounds of 65-64 at U.S. Open Final Qualifying at Hawks Ridge Golf Club in Ball Ground, GA on Monday.

Impact The course was very soft after lots of rain fell throughout the day and Kirk certainly took advantage of it. 15-under-par for 36 holes is quite impressive when you're trying to earn one of just five spots available and qualify for the U.S. Open. Kirk will make his ninth career start next week at the U.S. Open. Last year he just missed earning an automatic spot back the following year, as he finished T12. Nevertheless, Kirk did it the hard way and will look for just his second career top-10 finish in a major. Kirk is also teeing it up at the RBC Canadian Open this week as he hopes to move up from 128th in the FedExCup standings.

Poor performance at Colonial Kirk missed the cut by seven strokes at the Charles Schwab Challenge after recording a five-over cumulative score.

Impact Kirk opened the event with an even-par 70 and had an outside chance of making the weekend with the cut line set at two-under. He was one-under on the front nine of the second round, but Kirk proceeded to go six-over on the back, which included double bogeys on both the seventh and ninth holes. He lost strokes across all statistical categories but none more than SG: Approach (minus-3.54). Kirk has missed the cut in six of 13 tournaments this season and has failed to crack the top-25. He's not in the field for the Memorial Tournament next week.

Fifth in SG: ARG at THE CJ CUP Kirk closed with a two-under 69 on Sunday at THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson to finish 14-under and tied for 31st.

Impact Kirk finished his week at TPC Craig Ranch ranked fifth among the field in SG: Around-the-Green, but he also racked up 18 total birdies and two eagles across 72 holes. However, he made just 55 feet of putts per round while losing 2.673 strokes with the flat stick in McKinney. Kirk remains without a single top-25 finish through his first 12 starts of the season, but he'll tee it up again this week at Colonial Country Club where he won the 2015 Crowne Plaza Invitational.

Drops to T44 at PGA Championship Kirk posted a four-over 74 in the final round of the PGA Championship to finish tied for 44th.

Impact Kirk found himself just four shots back of clubhouse leader Alex Smalley after carding a five-under 65 in the third round. That third round was marred by a double bogey on the par-4 18th, which turned out to be an ominous sign for Kirk's final round, with the American going four-over through the first eight holes to tumble 33 spots down the leaderboard. He ended the tournament ninth in SG: Approach, T10 in birdies and 25th in SG: Around-the-Green, though he also ranked T64 in bogeys, 66th in SG: Off-the-Tee, 71st in SG: Putting and T75 in driving accuracy. Kirk has failed to finish in the top-25 through 11 tournaments this season with six missed cuts. He'll look to bounce back at THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson next week.

T47 at Arnold Palmer Invitational Kirk carded a one-over 73 on Sunday at the Arnold Palmer Invitational to finish five-over and tied for 47th.

Impact Kirk ranked dead last among those who made the cut in both scrambling and bogey avoidance at Bay Hill, losing 5.4 strokes on approach in the process as well. However, he gained a season-high 2.4 strokes off the tee in Orlando while averaging 4.25 birdies per round. Kirk will be in the field again this week at THE PLAYERS Championship where he's made the cut in 10 of 14 prior appearances.

MC at PGA National Kirk recorded a 36-hole score of two-over-par to miss the cut at last week's Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches by two shots.

Impact Kirk has now gained strokes on approach in each of his first five starts to begin the 2026 season, but he lost 2.99 strokes putting across just two rounds at PGA National to ultimately fall shy of advancing to the weekend. Dealt a sponsor exemption for the upcoming Arnold Palmer Invitational, Kirk will be in the field again this week at Bay Hill where he owns a pair of top-10 results in 13 career appearances.

Impact Kirk opened the tournament with back-to-back three-under 69 scores but wasn't able to make up much ground over the weekend. He ranked 10th in SG: Approach-to-Green, T12 in GIR and T18 in driving accuracy but finished 70th or worse in SG: Around-the-Green and SG: Off-the-Tee. Kirk missed the cut in each of his three Tour outings prior to Pebble Beach, and things won't get easier next week at The Genesis Invitational, where he missed the cut in his last outing at Riviera Golf Club in 2024.
