Paces TOUR Championship in SG: OTT Young carded an even-par 70 on Sunday at the TOUR Championship to finish 10-under and tied for 11th.

Impact Young's week at East Lake was highlighted by an eight-under 62 on Friday in which he gained 6.10 total strokes on the field, and he ultimately paced the event in each of SG: Off-the-Tee, ball speed and putting percentage from 10-15 feet. However, Young lost 1.83 strokes with his irons and another 3.27 strokes around the green in Atlanta, converting just 15 of 25 scrambling opportunities in the process. Nonetheless, a T11 result is Young's best finish since his 2nd-T8 stretch at The Open Championship and the Rocket Classic.

Slump continues in St. Louis Young posted a one-under cumulative score at the BMW Championship to finish in a four-way share of 37th.

Impact Young entered the week looking to bounce back from finishes of T61 and T39 at the Wyndham and St. Jude Championships, respectively. He used a five-under 65 second round to enter Sunday in the top-15 of the leaderboard, but he fell 22 spots after posting a four-over 74 score Sunday. Young gained 3.08 strokes around the green, ranking fourth in the field in that category, as well as seventh in both scrambling and driving distance and 19th in SG: Off-the-Tee. However, his putter didn't cooperate with him, as he ranked 48th out of the 50-man field in SG: Putting with 5.61 strokes lost. The FedExCup Playoffs wrap up next week at the TOUR Championship, where Young finished T4 last year.

T39 at St. Jude Championship Young carded an even-par 70 in the final round of the FedEx St. Jude Championship to finish tied with Justin Rose and Nick Taylor for 39th.

Impact Young finished fifth in last year's St. Jude, but the World No. 3 couldn't replicate that success this time around. He opened the event with consecutive one-under 69 scores before dropping two strokes in the third round, and he finished his final round with a double bogey, two bogeys and four birdies. Young struggled with his accuracy off the tee, connecting on only 26 of 56 fairways (46.4 percent) to rank T53 in the field. He also ranked sixth in driving distance, 11th in SG: Around and T19 in GIR, though he lost 1.87 strokes in his approach play (49th). Up next is the BMW Championship, where Young finished 11th last year and T15 in 2023.
