Withdraws from Wyndham Championship Bhatia withdrew from the Wyndham Championship Friday after play was suspended due to weather, the PGA Tour announced.

Impact Bhatia had a few holes remaining in the second round before play was suspended due to weather, and decided not to finish the round and withdraw. He was not set to make the cut, so it makes some sense for him to not show up tomorrow to play a few holes.

T16 at Muirfield Village GC Bhatia struggled Saturday with an eight-over 80 at the Memorial Tournament to knock him out of contention.

Impact Bhatia entered the third round at Muirfield Village Golf Club inside the top-10, but after recording four bogeys, two double-bogeys, and zero birdies on a tough windy day in Dublin, Ohio, Bhatia fell out of contention. Bhatia hit only six greens in regulation on Saturday, and was only able to save par on six of the 12 missed greens. This poor performance into and around the greens made Bhatia lose over five shots on the field as he ranked 55th in SG: Approach and 50th in SG: Around the Green out of 57 in the third round. While Bhatia was able to rebound in the final round, shooting a two-under 70 to finish tied 16th, his poor third round ended his chances to contend in what was an overall good week. He will look to rebound next at Oakmont in the U.S Open.
