Impact Even though Humphreys logged only one reception Thursday, he also recorded his 2025's first touchdown. Prior to Friday, the year includes Humphreys' six catches for 50 yards and lone TD.

Impact Green was unable to go for a second straight game after suffering an injury in Week 4. Alton McCaskill led the rushing attack with 87 yards and will continue to man the backfield as long as Green remains out. The team will have a short week when facing UTEP on Oct. 15 and Green's status will be worth monitoring after he came into Thursday's contest as questionable.

The sophomore tailback, who has just three carries for -2 yards and one catch for five yards this season, will get his next chance to play on Oct. 9 against Jacksonville State.

Malik Phillips - Tallies 44 yards Phillips caught five passes for 44 yards versus NMSU on Saturday.
Impact Phillips was solid in a secondary role in 2023, but then he was limited to three games last season with injury. This year has been a slow start. Through five games Phillips only has 11 catches, and he's been held without a catch twice.
