Impact Bowers spend his first two seasons at Cal before moving on and playing the last two with the Huskies. After posting a 10:2 TD:INT ratio over six games last year, Bowers will move on from the team and pursue his opportunities elsewhere for his final collegiate campaign. Assuming he's a grad transfer, Bowers should be eligible immediately at his next destination.
