Aaron Turner - Paces Rice receivers in loss Turner had eight receptions (on nine targets) for 58 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 56-24 loss against North Texas.
Impact Turner received a lot of action once again this week, leading Rice receivers in yards and receptions. After a slow start, the senior has finally gotten going, finding the end zone in each of the last three games and hauling in at least six receptions in three of the last four games.

Quinton Jackson - Held in check against North Texas Jackson tallied 14 rushes for 50 yards during Saturday's 56-24 loss against North Texas.
Impact Jackson didn't have much success running the ball this week, averaging less than four yards per carry for the third week in a row. After breaking out for 168 yards and three touchdowns four weeks ago against UConn, the junior has struggled to find that form again.

Impact Despite the blowout loss, Jenkins showcased his dual-threat ability this week, throwing and rushing for a touchdown. It's the fourth game this year in which he has found the end zone through the air and on the ground, and his first rushing touchdown in six games.

Impact Jackson didn't get in the end zone this week, but was a workhorse, tying a season-high with 22 carries. The junior was able to control much of the game, as the passing offense wasn't much of a factor for the Owls, recording only 41 yards through the air.
