Impact Heintschel suffered a leg injury in the third quarter of Friday's win over Virginia Tech and did not return to the game. He will now undergo testing to figure out the severity of his injury and how much time he will be forced to miss. If he's forced to miss time, Holden Geriner will lead the offense and he's played well in his three brief appearances this season.

Impact Heintschel exited the game after a brutal hit on a third down and was helped off the field. The Panthers ran the ball for six straight plays with him sidelined, and it remains to be seen whether he'll be back at some point. Holden Geriner will be under center as long as Heintschel is out.
