Censere Lee - Healthy to start spring Lee (redshirt) is active and practicing to start spring camp, Chris Peak of 247 Sports reports.

Impact Lee was banged up throughout the 2025 season and opted to redshirt late in the campaign to preserve a year of eligibility. He seems to be fully healthy to start spring, and head coach Pat Narduzzi even said Lee was "playing fast" in Monday's practice. In the past two seasons with Pitt, Lee has totaled 24 receptions for 340 yards and three touchdowns across 14 games. He should be in the mix for a starting role.

Jaylin Brown - Limited to start spring Head coach Pat Narduzzi said Monday that Brown (undisclosed) is getting limited reps and isn't 100 percent yet, Chris Peak of 247 Sports reports.

Impact It's just the first day of spring camp, but Brown looks to be tending to a minor, undisclosed injury. Considering the time of season, Pitt will likely proceed with caution. Brown didn't appear in a game during his true freshman season in 2025.

Impact Altsman, a walk-on with the Panthers, has played his final season with the team. He's set to graduate this spring so he's expected to call it a career rather than enter the transfer portal with his one year of eligibility remaining. He caught five passes for 31 yards and his first career touchdown across 13 appearances this past season.

Mason Heintschel - Returning to Pitt in 2026 Heintschel officially announced his intentions to return to Pittsburgh in 2026, per his personal X account.

Impact Heintschel took over for Eli Holstein in Week 6 and instantly secured the Panthers' QB1 gig. The true freshman was one of the more exciting gunslingers in the sport this year, and he finished the season with 2,354 yards, 16 touchdowns and eight interceptions on 63.6 percent completion, also picking up 88 yards and two scores on the ground. Though his production fell off a bit towards the end of the season, Heintchel still made it clear that he's the future of this Pitt offense, and he's now officially elected to return to the 412 next fall, where he'll be the starter from the jump.

Impact Hunsaker spent the first two seasons of his collegiate career at Northern Arizona. The kicker knocked through 11-of-16 field goals in 2025, as well as all 45 extra points. He'll now take his talents to the 412, where he'll look to win the Panthers' starting place-kicker gig.

The 5-foot-10, 165-pound receiver, who began his career at FCS Western Carolina, has undoubtably intrigued several NFL scouts in his collegiate journey.

Nonetheless, Heintschel has established himself as one of the better young quarterbacks in the nation and should have Pitt positioned to compete in the ACC once again in 2026.
