Impact McCown got the job done for the Roadrunners, who routed the Chanticleers during Monday's Myrtle Beach Bowl. The redshirt sophomore quarterback started his career at Colorado before winning UTSA's starting job in his second season with the Roadrunners. McCown threw for 3,424 yards (294-of-467), 25 touchdowns and 10 interceptions across 13 games this season, adding on 340 rushing yards and three scores on the ground.

Impact McCown had another productive outing in Friday's big win, thanks in large part to his 75-yard rushing touchdown in the second quarter. It was by far his longest rush of the season and it marked his second rushing touchdown of this season. Through the air he produced only 220 yards -- his fewest since Week 3 at Texas -- and threw two interceptions for the third time this season. He faces a difficult matchup Saturday at Army in the regular season finale.

Excellent in Friday's win McCown was 29-for-43 passing for 379 yards, two touchdowns and one interception during Friday's 48-27 win against North Texas. He also had 10 rushes for 88 yards.

Impact McCown had yet another productive day Friday as he got it done both through the air and on the ground. He threw for over 340 yards for the fourth time this season and tossed multiple touchdowns for the fifth straight game. He also shattered his previous season high with 88 rushing yards, thanks in large part to runs of 36 yards and 42 yards in the third quarter. McCown faces a very favorable matchup Friday versus Temple so he has a good chance to keep his hot streak alive.

Impact McCown put together an excellent performance Saturday as he lead the Roadrunners to the upset win over Memphis. McCown tossed four touchdown passes in his second straight game and did not commit a turnover for the sixth time this season. It was an especially impressive performance given his top two receivers -- Devin McCuin (undisclosed) and Willie McCoy (undisclosed) -- were out.

Impact McCown played very well Saturday as he set season highs in passing yards (434), passing touchdowns (four), completions (30) and attempts (50). His only major mistake was when he lost a fumble early in the second half and it was returned for a Tulsa touchdown. He helped his team jump out to a 42-17 lead with five minutes left in the third quarter, but he struggled to get the offensive going on the last five possessions and Tulsa completed the improbable comeback and stole the game. Still, there are a lot of positives to take from McCown's outing. He will look to keep the offense rolling Saturday versus Memphis.

Impact McCown tied a season high with 340 passing yards Saturday, but his performance was not without mistakes. He turned the ball over three times as he tossed two interceptions and lost a fumble that was recovered by FAU for a touchdown. He was still able to lead his team to the victory, but his five turnovers in three conference games is a bit concerning.
