AJ Bianco - Needed in relief Bianco was 6-for-11 passing for 43 yards during Saturday's 51-14 defeat to Utah State.

Impact Bianco entered the game in the third quarter after freshman Carter Jones struggled mightily in the first half. It didn't go much better for Bianco, who averaged just 3.9 yards per completion. The redshirt junior made one start earlier this season, completing 9-of-17 passes for 78 yards with an interception in a Week 3 loss to Middle Tennessee. It remains to be seen whether Bianco, Jones or Chubba Purdy will get the start next week in a home matchup with San Jose State.

Impact Ramseur provided one of the few silver linings for the Wolf Pack on Saturday, as the running back broke free for a 41-yard touchdown to get Nevada on the board in the third quarter, cutting the deficit to 48-7. Through nine games this season, the senior Ramseur has totaled 372 yards and two touchdowns on 85 carries while adding another 133 yards and two scores as a receiver.
