Impact For the first time since Week 3, Collins has logged a multi-reception FBS game. Despite more than double that amount of weeks passing by since Syracuse-NCSU, he still has more multi-reception games than not across 2024. Also, with Collins' performance Saturday, he has surpassed that 100-yard threshold for a third time in his collegiate career.

Impact McCall was considered doubtful to play Saturday after suffering a concussion last week. He'll officially miss at least one game, with CJ Bailey getting the start. McCall's thrown for 518 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions so far this season.

Grayson McCall - Remains in concussion protocol McCall (concussion) has been on the sidelines during practice this week and is very unlikely to play Saturday versus Syracuse, Matthew Bradham of Packinsider.com reports.
Impact McCall took a massive hit in the first quarter of Saturday's loss to Wake Forest and he was carted off the field and later diagnosed with a concussion. McCall also missed multiple games last season with a concussion. Unsurprisingly, McCall has not yet returned to practice and has basically no chance to play Saturday versus Syracuse. Head coach Dave Doeren said that McCall's return to the field at some point this season has not been ruled out, but that will ultimately be decided by the medical team, McCall and McCall's family.

Impact Concepcion continues to be peppered with targets to little avail. Over the last two weeks, he's seen 18 targets but only turned that into 27 yards. He hasn't even hit the 50-yard mark since Week 2, and defenses are severely limiting the wideout's impact. He'll remain the top receiving option for the Wolfpack, but that hasn't translated into production for the talented wideout.

Joly has yet to post a monster stat-line this fall, but he'll remain a consistent fixture of this offense until further notice.

Impact Bailey's 272 yards were easily the most he's thrown for in his young career. The true freshman had averaged 156 passing yards through three games, but he proved he can air it out in the loss to Wake Forest. It was also his first game with multiple passing touchdowns. Despite the loss, NC State saw good things from its true freshman signal caller.

Impact Previously undisclosed, McCall's injury is a concussion that resulted in him entering protocol.
