Though less successful, Michigan's program still earned bowl participation, so perhaps a strong bridge quarterback will guide the Wolverines to even bigger success during 2025. This is where Keene comes into the equation. While enrolled at Fresno State for two years, he logged more than 2,500 passing yards during each. In 2024, Keene completed 70.4 percent of 392 passes for 2,887 yards and an 18-11 TD-INT ratio. While that is not the cleanest output, that year's completion percentage and his experience suggest he can be QB1 for Michigan next year.
