In transfer portal Duncan has entered the transfer portal, per a post on his personal Twitter account.

Impact Duncan has been buried on the depth chart for the Owls and has elected to spend the rest of his career elsewhere as a result. He should have a full four seasons of eligibility remaining at his next destination.

Buried on depth chart Duncan will open the season in a deep reserve role for Temple after losing the battle for the backup quarterback job to true freshman Justin Lynch, 247Sports.com reports.

Impact Duncan was handed an indefinite suspension in late November for an unspecified violation of team rules, but he's apparently in good standing with the program entering the 2021 season. Even so, Duncan -- who attempted two passes as a true freshman -- faces an uphill battle to receive playing time, given that he's behind at least starter D'Wan Mathis and Lynch on the depth chart. The Owls haven't indicated who among Duncan, Re'al Mitchell or Mariano Valenti will open the season as the team's third quarterback.
