Impact Lewis joins more proven Sooners wideouts in Deion Burks and Isaiah Sategna. Having logged first-team reps earlier this summer, him entering their starting unit should not be too surprising. The question becomes whether or not his non-FBS excellence can translate to high-level FBS football. At the very least, Week 1 will give him his easiest chance to shine.

Impact Lewis' first-team reps indicate that he is healthy. During 2024, as part of Southern Illinois, he logged 49 receptions for 813 yards and five touchdowns. The wide receiver also recorded a rushing TD. Though incredibly difficult, Lewis will attempt to replicate his non-FBS success.
