Questionable for Saturday Lewis (head) is questionable for Saturday's game at Texas, per the SEC availability report.
Impact Lewis, who was stretchered off the field Saturday after running into a brick wall at the back of the end zone, is listed as questionable on the first Week 7 injury report. The fact that he even has a chance to play after that scary injury is very good news. His status during practice this week is worth monitoring ahead of Saturday's Red River Rivalry.

Impact Lewis had a scary collision in Oklahoma's win over Kent State, banging his head against a wall by the back of the end zone. He was immediately stretchered off the field, but his initial X-rays came back negative and he now appears to have a shot to play against Texas, albeit not a great one. "He has to do the proper protocol with the training staff and everything," Sooners' offensive coordinator Ben Arbuckle told reporters Tuesday.

Impact Lewis hit his head on the brick wall in the back of the end zone and was immediately taken off the field. It was an alarming collision, but the receiver appears to have avoided the worst as his X-rays are negative and he's reportedly up and walking around in the Sooners' training room, which is a good sign as well. The receiver remains likely done for the day, but this is a positive update after Lewis appeared seriously banged up.
