Headed to Washington State Kelly announced via his personal twitter Saturday that he will transfer to Washington State.

Impact Kelly will join Kyle Williams as new receiver transfers for Washington State. He will have two years of eligibility for the Cougars.

Sits out Saturday Kelly (undisclosed) was inactive for Saturday's matchup with UConn, Jackson Moore of 247Sports.com reports.

Impact Kelly missed Saturday's 19-14 loss at the hands of UConn with an undisclosed injury. The junior wideout has recorded 82 receptions for 1,232 yards and four touchdowns across 25 games with Fresno State. It is unclear when Kelly will return to action, but his next opportunity will be Oct. 8, against Boise State.

Impact Kelly was impressive despite limited opportunities, highlighted by a 37-yard reception. He was one of Fresno State's starting receivers but the Bulldogs emptied the bench and used 11 different pass-catchers against the Huskies. Look for the target rotation to tighten up against Oregon.

Impact Kelly reeled in 22 passes for 330 yards and a touchdown on 44 targets over six games last season and has apparently carried that role over into the 2021 campaign as well. He beat out Zane Pope for the starting job and figures to be a key part of a Fresno State offense that ranked 14th nationally last season in pass play percentage (55.74 percent).
