Impact Hough was spotted with a brace on his knee and on crutches just over a week ago, so it's not exactly surprising that he remains out of the practice at this juncture. The freshman will continue to work on the issue bu remains without a clear timetable for his return.

Spotted in brace Hough was sidelined during Tuesday's practice and was spotted moving about with crutches with a brace covering his left leg, Stephen Bailey of 247Sports.com reports.

Impact Per Bailey, Hough is slated to undergo additional testing later this week, but for now, Syracuse is having him use crutches and wear the brace as a precaution. The 6-foot-3, 255-pound running back is considered a candidate for short-yardage and goal-line work once he's healthy enough to play.
