Joining Cincinnati French has committed to Cincinnati, Matt Zenitz of CBSSports.com reports.

Impact French is expected to compete for the QB1 role in Cincinnati, although it wouldn't be surprising if there's no competition at all. He threw for combined totals of 5,760 yards and 37 touchdowns in his last two seasons at Georgia Southern. He was more than a pocket passer, however, as he also added six rushing scores in 2025.
