Heading to Texas A&M Thomas is committing to Texas A&M, Matt Zenitz of CBSSports.com reports.

Impact Thomas will join the Aggies after a successful four-year tenure with UTSA. During both 2024 and 2025, the 6-foot-5 tight end recorded 34 receptions for at least 300 yards and two-plus touchdowns. He'll have one year of eligibility to serve out in College Station.

Scores two TDs Saturday Thomas reeled in all six targets for 44 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 44-36 win over Memphis.

Impact Thomas had another highly productive performance, this time due to his two touchdown catches. He caught a nine-yard touchdown in the first quarter, and then an eight-yard touchdown in the third. He has been productive for four straight games, and specifically through his last two appearances. With Oscar Cardenas (knee) ruled out for the rest of the season, Thomas is not just the Roadrunners' No. 1 tight end, he may also be the No. 1 option in the passing game.

He was certainly aided by Owen McCown attempting a season-high 50 passes, but his high-target share was still impressive. He has seen at least six targets in three of his four conference outings so he might be worth consideration for the final stretch of the season.
