Undergoes minor surgery on knee Strong (knee) will miss some practice time after undergoing a minor knee surgery, Nevada Sports Net reports.

Impact Strong's knee is fine structurally, but this was more of a scope just as a precaution prior to camp. Coach Jay Novell said that he is not concerned about his starting quarterback missing the season-opener at this point. It is something to monitor going forward, however.
