Devontez Walker - Logs 41 receiving yards Walker (undisclosed) logged two receptions for 41 yards during North Carolina's 59-7 win Saturday against Campbell.

Impact Walker suffered a game-ending hit during North Carolina's previous game. Fortunately for him, he did not have to sit out any games, as UNC's latest proved Saturday. Perhaps because they played a non-FBS team then, Walker did not warm up with their starters. Even so, the position downgrade did not stop him from getting multiple opportunities and taking advantage of them to log decent yardage off receptions. Expectations are Walker gets his role maximized again when UNC's team hosts Duke on Nov. 11.

Devontez Walker - Not warming with starters Walker (undisclosed) isn't warming up with the first-team offense ahead of Saturday's game versus Campbell, Inside Carolina reports.

Impact Walker is expected to play in the contest and is in full uniform, but it appears there could be some limitations for the junior, especially with and FCS school on the schedule. JJ Jones and Gavin Blackwell are working with the starting unit ahead of Saturday's contest, with Walker not doing so.

Devontez Walker - Expected to play Saturday Walker (undisclosed) is expected to play in Saturday's contest versus Campbell, Graham Hill of 99.9 The Fan reports.

Impact Walker was monitored during practice this week after leaving last week's contest with an injury that required a brief hospitalization. Fortunately, it appears it won't cost him additional time. Walker enters the week with 26 grabs for 397 yards and four touchdowns on 37 targets in his four games since receiving clearance to play from the NCAA.
