Grayson James - Not certain to start vs. Irish James (undisclosed) isn't a lock to start against Notre Dame in Week 10, per Trevor Hass of The Boston Globe.
Impact James has started the last two games for the Eagles in relief of Dylan Lonergan, who opened the year as Boston College's starter but has since been benched. After an iffy day against Louisville that saw James toss for 244 yards and three scores but also two interceptions and just 50 percent completion, the quarterback competition appears to be back on for the Eagles. It's unclear who has the inside track to start Saturday against the Irish at this point.

Dylan Lonergan - May be QB1 in Week 10 Lonergan may be Boston College's starting quarterback Saturday against Notre Dame, Trevor Hass of The Boston Globe reports.
Impact Even though Boston College's last game saw Grayson James starting over Lonergan, the two will compete again for BC's QB1 position going into Week 10. This presents a second opportunity for Lonergan, who has not logged any passing touchdowns since Week 5 and zero overall TDs since Week 4.

Lewis Bond - Finally finds end zone Bond accrued six receptions (on 11 targets) for 42 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 38-24 loss against Louisville.
Impact Bond has been a massive part of this offense all season, but he finally scored his first touchdown of 2025 in Week 9. After three straight quiet weeks, the receiver was once again peppered with double-digit targets and turned that into a productive outing. Bond has performed regardless of who the Eagles trot out at quarterback, and he'll look to find the end zone again against Notre Dame in Week 10.

Kaelan Chudzinski - Career day in loss Chudzinski hauled in 4 of 6 targets for 80 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 38-24 loss versus Louisville.
Impact Chudzinski has been getting involved over the course of the season for the Eagles, but Saturday against Louisville was a career day for the true freshman. The tight end scored his third touchdown of the season and his second in two games. His role within this Boston College offense could be expanding, and he seems to have solid chemistry with new starting quarterback Grayson James.

Jeremiah Franklin - Scores vs. Louisville Franklin compiled five receptions (on nine targets) for 55 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 38-24 loss to Louisville.
Impact Franklin got off to a hot start to the season, but had been a relatively minor part of the Eagles' passing game since Week 3, not catching more than two passes for four straight weeks. He changed that against the Cardinals, seeing his highest target share since Week 3 when he was targeted 10 times, parlaying that his second-best yardage output of the season and his second touchdown of the fall as well. The tight end remains a highly volatile option for the 1-7 Eagles given the inconsistency of their passing game.

Jordan McDonald - 80 rushing yards in loss McDonald totaled 19 carries for 80 yards and caught 2 of 3 targets for eight yards during Saturday's 38-24 loss against Louisville.
Impact McDonald was once again the Eagles' lead back with Turbo Richard out, and he put together a solid performance. Boston College is going to be overmatched and likely playing from behind in most contests this season, so it's tough to bank on its running game for fantasy purposes. Still, after running for 123 yards in Week 8 and following that up with a decent 80-yard output against Louisville, McDonald has proven to be a serviceable back regardless of the game situation for Boston College.

Grayson James - Three TDs not enough vs. Louisville James completed 23 of 46 passes for 244 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions during Saturday's 38-24 defeat to Louisville. He also had 13 rushes for 26 yards.
Impact James tossed for 244 yards and three scores, but wasn't all that efficient in the process, completing just half of his passes and averaging 5.3 yards per attempt. The Eagles hung tough with Louisville, but ultimately dropped their seventh straight game. James will look to clean up the interceptions and increase his efficiency in Week 10 in a tough matchup with Notre Dame.

Turbo Richard - DNP Saturday Richard (shoulder) was held out of Saturday's contest against Louisville.
Impact Richard was previously listed as a game-time decision against the Cardinals but was eventually unable to suit up. The 5-foot-8 running back has been an impact player for the Eagles this season, running for 431 yards and five touchdowns on 4.9 yards per attemp through seven games to go along with 19 receptions for 175 yards and a pair of scores through the air as well. His next chance to return will come against Notre Dame next Saturday.
