Jordyn Tyson - Officially ruled out vs. WVU
Tyson (hamstring) has been officially ruled out for Week 12 against West Virginia, per Michelle Gardner of The Arizona Republic.
Impact
Tyson was expected to be able to return in Week 13 against Colorado, and indeed, the superstar wideout won't play against the Mountaineers come Saturday. Tyson, who's reeled in 57 grabs for 628 yards and eight scores this fall, will now officially miss his third straight game. Receiver Malik McClain and tight end Chamon Metayer have picked up the slack in the Sun Devils' passing game in his stead.

Jordyn Tyson - Likely to return vs. Colorado
Tyson (hamstring) is likely to return for Arizona State against Colorado, per Chris Karpman of 247Sports.com.
Impact
The star wideout is expected to miss one more game, the Sun Devils' clash with West Virginia in Week 12, before returning for the penultimate game of the season. This will continue to be a big loss for Arizona State as Tyson is considered one of the top receivers in America and has played like it, with 57 catches for 628 yards and 11 scores this season across seven games.

Kyson Brown - Likely to sit out remaining season
Brown (foot) is likely to sit out the remainder of Arizona State's 2025 season, Chris Karpman of 247Sports reports.
Impact
It looks like Brown returning for the 2025 season is far bleaker than before, considering he was just out indefinitely the last time his updated status became public. Arizona State's running back room will need a solid backup without Brown available, and it looks like he will redshirt this year after logging 178 all-purpose yards via 18 carries and eight receptions.

Chamon Metayer - Catches another touchdown Saturday
Metayer reeled in all six targets for 68 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 24-19 victory over Iowa State.
Impact
Metayer caught his third touchdown of the season Saturday, an 18-yard reception in the second quarter from Jeff Sims. He has caught at least four passes and gained at least 55 yards in each of the last three games, a level of consistency that's rare among tight ends.

Raleek Brown - Leads backfield in win
Brown accrued 16 rushes for 64 yards and caught 2 of 5 targets for eight yards during Saturday's 24-19 victory versus Iowa State.
Impact
Brown had 18 touches in Saturday's win, and he finished the game with a solid 72 yards from scrimmage. He did not score which hurt his overall performance, but he maintained his place as the clear No. 1 back. It's worth noting that new starting quarterback Jeff Sims ran 29 times for 228 yards and two touchdowns which obviously could impact Brown for the future. Sims has not really shown that type of rushing ability throughout his career, so it's very possible this was an outlier performance.

Jeff Sims - Explodes on ground Saturday
Sims was 13-for-24 passing for 177 yards, one touchdown and one interception during Saturday's 24-19 victory versus Iowa State. He also had 29 rushes for 228 yards with two touchdo...
Impact
Sims returned to the starting lineup with Sam Leavitt (foot) now out for the season, and he put together a shocking performance. He threw for 177 yards and one touchdown, but the majority of his production came on the ground. He ran the ball 29 times for a whopping 228 yards, more than he's had in either of the last season. He also scored two rushing touchdowns, including an 88-yard run in the third quarter. He has not really shown this much of an ability to run yet in his long collegiate career, so this performance was extremely surprising. With Sims now set to start the final three regular season games, he is set to be a relevant fantasy option especially with two favorable matchups coming up.

Jordyn Tyson - Out for Week 10
Tyson (hamstring) is out for Saturday's game at Iowa State, according to the Big 12 availability report.
Impact
Considering that the Big 12 availability report's previous update included a doubtful Tyson, him out Saturday should come as no surprise. Week 10 will mark the wide receiver's second straight absence due to a hamstring strain. Tyson has easily been one of college football's most reliable wideouts, with more than 40 receiving yards and at least one touchdown in all but one of his seven games this season. On the plus side, Tyson will have two weeks to rest before ASU's team returns to action Nov. 15 against West Virginia.
