The journeyman quarterback has found his groove with nine touchdowns compared to just two interceptions through the first three games of the 2024 season. He's surrounded by a ton of talent and is taking full advantage. Bowman has the biggest test of the season against a great Utah squad this upcoming week.

Impact Bowman showed a lot of resilience as the Cowboys overcame some mistakes and a second half deficit to win in double overtime. Going back to last season, Bowman has thrown for over 300 yards in six of his last 11 games. Oklahoma State needed their quarterback in this one as RB Ollie Gordon II was held to 49 yards on 17 carries. If Bowman can play well when opposing defenses focus in on the running back, Oklahoma State's offense could be dangerous. They should have another productive outing at Tulsa in Week 3.

Impact Bowman will suit up for his seventh-and-final season of collegiate eligibility in 2024 after a volatile year with Oklahoma State in 2023. The 6-foot-4 graduate student threw for 3,460 yards, 15 touchdowns and 14 interceptions across 14 outings with the Cowboys this season, leading them to a bowl game win over Texas A&M. Bowman would presumably keep his starting spot under center next season barring any incoming transfer moves.
