Impact Moore is one of the veterans on this Blue Devil team, so it's understandable he didn't need much time to get acclimated, instead setting up his teammates in the blowout win over a DII opponent. Also noteworthy is that it appears that he's hanging on to the starting job he earned back towards the end of last season, at least for the time being. He'll likely draw heavy competition for minutes in the form of freshman A.J. Griffin, who just made his return from a knee injury Saturday. Still, Moore brings important experience and can even seemingly function as a backup ball-handler, so there's plenty of upside heading into his third year with the program.
