Impact Dezonie has sat out the first two games of the year and looked as though he'd be available Friday night but did not end up taking the floor. Head coach Aaron McKie commented after the win that he intends on letting Dezonie play versus Vanderbilt next week. The 6-5 sophomore averaged 2.4 points and 1.6 rebounds in 11 minutes per game for the Commodores last season and will look to make his Owls debut Tuesday against his former team.
